Dr. Syed Akbarul Haque is a superspecialist in cardiology. He specializes in simple and complex angioplasties. He is a graduate (MBBS, 1993) from Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital, Parel, Mumbai. He has done his post-graduation in internal medicine (MD, 2002) from the TNMC and BYL Nair Charitable Hospital, Mumbai.
He practiced as a critical care specialist at Nanavati hospital, vile parle, and critical hospital, Juhu before deciding to join cardiology
He passed the Diplomate of National Board (DNB) exam of cardiology in 2010. He further got honorary fellowship in the society of coronary angiogram and intervention(south Asia )in 2011. He got a fellowship of the European society of cardiology in 2019. He is also a PCR companion. He has already performed over 3000+ angioplasties and over 10000+ angiographies. He has also performed more than a lakh echocardiograms. He did his cardiology from fortis hospital Mulund and worked at JJ hospital as a senior registrar post-degree for 2 years.
Dr.Syed Akbarul Haque is a firm believer that medicine is an ever-evolving branch and one needs to be constantly updated with current knowledge and management protocols.
